I requested for the operator to contact the police and have them to check out to my home. Within a few minutes my daughter called and advised APX needed me to come home because the police observed broken glass from the window.

When I arrived, the police were waiting for me in my backyard, examining the broken window. The police were given entry into the house to secure the premises. Due to the quick response of APX, the potential intruder had not been able to gain entry. Later that evening, I received a call around 8:00 p.m. from APX, asking if there was anything additional they could do to assist in the matter.

I am very grateful to experience such diligence and dedication from APX Alarm Company.
