My system was installed by Omar who was very helpful and very courteous. He installed the system in very timely manner and I wanted to inform some one of the great job he has done. If I had grade on scale from 1 to 10, he would definitely be off the 10++++++++++++++.”

My name is Cheryl D & I wanted to send an email to your company acknowledging the commitment and professionalism of 2 of your employees. My system was just installed today, in what turned out to be a moderately complicated process involving my DSL modem; difficulty with my land line & bad wiring from a previous home security installation company. Your 2 installers: Robert Y. & Allan M. were both professional & patient (as I was originally 35 minutes late arriving home for my scheduled appointment time) and the job required a considerable increase in time. I just wanted to thank them & let your company know of their kindness & dedication to completing my installation today. I felt they took their time answering my questions & addressing all concerns. Thanks again for beginning my relationship with your company in a positive way.“
